Acro Kids

Acro kids class develops flexibility, courage, stamina, strength, muscle control, balance, concentration and trust.

Types of activities: Splits, rolls, backbones, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, walkovers, handsprings, and more.

Partner acrobatics: Balance holds, hand balancing, pyramids and catches.
