Core, Butt, and Thighs uses scientifically proven methods to strengthen and tone your abdominals and lower limbs. This class applies a variety of movement patterns that will hit these problem areas from all angles. The class includes weight lifting in tandem with a number of different exercises. All participants keep a personal record of their training (based on a yearly programme) to ensure their gradual progression. After having been through a number of activation exercises and technique patterns to guarantee everyone can lift safely, we jump into the class and do our best to get you strong!
