Core & Cardio

Club 360's Core and Cardio class is aimed at targeting specific body areas and then overall conditioning. The first half of the session concentrates on working your core - abdominals and thighs - through the use of multiple training methods and equipment, such as Pilates, Swiss Balls, bands, dumbbells and other strengthening exercises. In the second of the session, you will get off the mats and start working out through cardio circuits designed to really get your heart pumping!
