Kid Fit 360 introduces your child to regular, structured, and fun-filled exercise. Children will develop the six fundamentals of fitness: agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, and strength. Kid Fit 360 classes are always enjoyable, with smiles and laughter clearly the main component. We try to make most activities group based so that kids learn to work with each other effectively. If they do that well, they are rewarded with doing an obstacle course at the end!
