After several on and off diet periods and rebounds, Diane decided to ask us for help. Her goal was to lose weight for a family reunion. Her lifestyle was busy and involved many business trips and meetings with clients.

Hiroshi came to Club 360 with an Endurance background, his goal was a body re-composition, which meant losing weight and slowly increasing his lean body mass.
He started out with 84 kg and almost no experience regarding weightlifting.After we analyzed his current routine and nutrition, we made slight changes and gave him an example meal plan as a guideline.
He was serious about it and put all the effort necessary inside. After 2 month the lost about 9 kg and made amazing progress in the gym. We changed his goal towards gaining some quality mass and increased slowly his calorie intake, while changing slightly is routine. He gained back 4 kg in the next 3 month. Compared to before he was obviously leaner and stronger than before. In a short period of time he reduced his body fat, gained a great amount of muscle mass and strength (increased his Squat to 130kg) while still living a social, healthy and enjoyable life.
