Nutrition - Counseling

During your initial consultation, using the information gleaned from your intake forms, we will discuss how to set up a proper diet based on your current condition and goals. Together, we will find the very best methods to incorporate any recommended nutritional changes into your lifestyle to ensure sustaining results.

Nutrition meal plans

Interested in customized meal plans? We can provide you with healthy options based on your taste and lifestyle. All meal plans include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for a seven-day week.

Continuous education

We provide continuous education about topics such as common diets, macro-nutrients, supplements and lifestyle behavior. As a large number of our clientele spend time out with their own clients, themes include:

Diane C.

After several on-and-off diet periods and rebounds, Diane decided to ask us for help. Her goal was to lose weight for a family reunion. She led a busy lifestyle and was often engrossed with many business trips and meetings with clients.

We first analyzed Diane’s present condition, knowledge, preferences and lifestyle, and then we set goals. Together we identified limiting factors for her success and figured out ways to eliminate them one-by-one, step-by-step.

Finally, we set a time frame and met on a weekly basis to discuss the previous week; to pinpoint problems which arose and how to work around them. After four months, Diane surpassed her goal and expectations and made long-lasting changes to her nutritional habits and health.

Hiroshi

Hiroshi came to Club 360 with an endurance background, his goal was a body re-composition, which meant losing weight and slowly increasing his lean body mass. He started out with 84 kg and almost no weightlifting experience. After evaluating his regular routine and nutrition, we made slight changes to his lifestyle and gave him an example meal plan as a guideline.

Hiroshi was serious about change and put in all the effort necessary. After two months, he lost about 9 kg and made amazing progress in the gym. We altered his goal to gaining some quality mass and slowly increased his calorie intake while slightly changing his routine. Hiroshi gained back 4 kg over the next three months.

Compared with before, he was obviously leaner and stronger. In a short period of time, Hiroshi had reduced his body fat, gained a great amount of muscle mass and strength (increasing his squat ability to 130 kg), while still living a social, healthy and enjoyable life.
