OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Get outside to our Outdoor Bootcamp! This cardio-intensive workout burns calories, improves strength, and builds endurance. Each session is unique and may include interval running, stair sets, group exercises, and many other drills to get you fit. And because we train outside, you can work out against the beautiful seasonal backdrops of Japan! All fitness levels welcome. We meet at Arisugawa Park next to the statue of a man riding a horse.
