Breakfast Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
250 ml semi-skimmed milk
1 scoop of whey protein (strawberry or vanilla)
1 banana
Large handful of ice
*You can use skimmed milk or another alternative to reduce calories. If you are looking to add calories, use nuts, nut butter or oats.

Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Serve.
