Based on an assessment of physical health and general well-being, as well as any specific requests, your massage treatment may include sports and deep tissue methods, lymphatic drainage, or general relaxation massage.
Club 360’s therapist has specialized experience working with athletes and with clients dealing with injury, surgery and chronic disease. We also offer pregnancy massage for mothers to be. Pregnancy massage is a nurturing and supportive full-body massage with special focus on tired areas like the lower back and feet. All treatments are provided in a private room.

Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on posture, core stability and control, strength, endurance and flexibility. We provide practical advice including desk set up, equipment use and healthy working habits, as well as outline a series of basic desk-based exercises, or “movement snacks” , designed to optimize posture and build resilience and robustness.
The information in this course is vital for anyone working at a desk at home or in an office environment, and will be of particular use to those who are already experiencing work-related pain.
