WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY…
and what can a physiotherapist do to improve the quality of your life? Our physiotherapists are here to treat your pain or whatever functional problem it is that is causing you distress or limiting activity, and do so by addressing all possible causes and influences on that problem.
Are you sick of living with pain?
Musculoskeletal pain (the type of pain we usually associate with bones, muscles, tendons and joints) affects most people at some stage in their lives. In many cases, these issues can become chronic and impact people’s lives in a major way. Addressing persistent pain requires a thorough assessment of all factors, including injury cause, lifestyle, activity, medical history, as well as psychological factors. The treatment plan for no two individuals are the same, and the chance of you achieving an optimal outcome is enhanced by a tailored approach.
Are you tired of not being able to reach your full potential due to injury?
Injury and pain can greatly impact people’s lives, limiting our ability to take part in the activities that have meaning to us, whether these be sports, other forms of leisure, or simply just playing with our children or grandchildren. In some cases, it may hinder our ability to just get around or even impact our work. Our experienced clinicians understand this impact and will work together with you, step by step, to address all aspects of your problem and restore your function and quality of life.
I’m injured and want to recover as soon as possible!
Your optimal recovery from injury requires an accurate diagnosis and a management plan specific to the type, degree and stage of injury. Simply resting until the pain has subsided will oftentimes lead to slower recovery and the potential for re-injury. Our physiotherapists are experienced in assessing, diagnosing and managing a large range of issues.

Osteopathy aims to take into account the person as a whole when treating a patient, and not just homing in on the bit that hurts. The ‘whole’ entails everything from the person’s movement patterns to their medical history, injury history, psychological stress, occupation, personality type and so on. Osteopaths work on the basis that all of these factors can contribute to the condition that the patient is presenting with on that day. The skill is to determine which of factors are important in each particular case. Thus osteopathy is a very individualized system of diagnosis and treatment.
Osteopathy combines hands-on treatment methods such as massage, mobilization and manipulation – with active approaches including exercise prescription, and a focus on ongoing back and forth communication to try to educate the patient clearly on their condition and the steps needed to help.
Osteopaths treat all musculoskeletal conditions (not just backs!). Osteopathy is sometimes famed for spinal manipulation (‘back cracking’) in reality these techniques are useful with some patients to help with joint mobility but are not the sole focus of the treatment.
Please note: all Osteopathy sessions are held at out “By the Hills” branch in Motoazabu

‘After spending the last 16 years living all over the world, Club 360 is genuinely the first gym that has listened to my needs and taken a holistic approach to my body, lifestyle and needs. I came in with chronic back and hip pain from years sitting in offices even if my general fitness was not too bad. I am now pain free and feel stronger than I ever have before.
‘I have been treated by physios and therapists all over the world now and Club 360 is definitely up there at the top of the leader-board. Fun to work with and very thorough, the months I spent working with them during my London2London expedition were invaluable. In short, I was broken and they fixed me. I heartily recommend them.’
‘I came in November of 2016 with hip and lower back pain, limping, and I couldn’t run at all. By June 2017, I was able to run. With every visit, i felt better and better because the 360 physiotherapists could figure out what was wrong and where. I could easily stretch and roll out the pains on my own and get back to a pain-free life. Thank you so much.’
