Scott Brinkley is from London in the United Kingdom. He comes from a strong sporting background, having played soccer professionally at Youth Level. This gave Scott a great appreciation of building his body to optimal performance, as well as nurturing a passion for health and well-being. Scott firmly believes that with dedication any goal can be achieved.
Still a soccer enthusiast, he also trains in multiple activities including weight lifting, swimming, running, yoga and tennis. And, after a long day of training, Scott prefers nothing more than playing guitar and going to see live music.

Personal Trainer

Coming from Ireland, Alan has always been drawn to travelling, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. He has worked as a personal trainer in cities in New Zealand, Australia, around the U.K and also in Singapore. He spent nearly two years with Tennis Ireland helping the national team improve their physical performance. To Alan being fit and healthy means finding a form of exercise that you enjoy, and staying consistent with it. The exercise and foods that you eat should add to and enrich your life, not the other way around. Alan’s strength as a trainer is in his ability to understand his clients and gain their trust. Alan loves being a part of his clients’ progress, not only the physical changes as they lose weight and build muscle, but loves seeing people become a lot more confident in themselves.

Miki began her career as a dance instructor and performer: performing with such well-known people as Macy Gray & DJ Crush and appeared in commercials, music videos, television shows and magazines. Miki furthered her knowledge by obtaining her personal training certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

Miki is also a Bikini fitness competitor winning multiple medals in the CJBBF and FWJ competitions.

Miki is the proud mother of two girls and specialises in training women who want to remain youthful, fit and strong.

Personal Trainer
From Sweden with a diverse range of experience and knowledge, Magnus grew up doing a multitude of sports such as swimming, gymnastics and track and field. Mentioned several times in the Swedish “Best of track and field” , Magnus’s career was cut short due to several injuries. This lead him to become an exercise and sports physiotherapist, which was followed by a further education in exercise- and sports science and psychology. After many years in the industry Magnus worked for the Swedish national team as a coach and guide for the reigning European Paralympic champion of blind female long jumping (Viktoria Karlsson) with the goal of preparing her for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He guided and helped coach her through the world championship in London, GP Berlin and the European championship in Berlin.
Magnus has experience in training with a diverse range of clients and continues to do so in Tokyo, Japan at Club 360.

Personal Trainer

Born and raised in Niigata, Japan, Ryusei moved to the US after graduating high school for college. Growing up, he enjoyed all kinds of sports, and being athletic has always been a fundamental part of Ryusei’s life. Ryusei started lifting around age of 18, and found a strong passion for health and fitness, and decided to become a personal trainer to help more people achieve their fitness goals. ‘I am certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and I really enjoy weight training and meal prepping. Other than fitness, Ryusei enjoys playing the guitar, and binge watching TV shows.’

PERSONAL TRAINER

 Hiro spent the vast majority of the last two decades in Los Angeles CA. Hiro has served in the fitness industry playing multiple roles, such as a personal trainer, college instructor, and strength and conditioning coach for over a decade in LA.

  Hiro has relocated to Tokyo Japan in 2019 right before the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, Hiro has been pursuing his career as a personal trainer, working with various individuals including competitors in Tokyo.

  Hiro’s biggest emphasis is strength and conditioning, particularly the strength training aspect of the given field.  Hiro worked with various athletes like baseball, football, basketball, and soccer, including some of the best high school athletes in LA region, like Birmingham High School boy’s soccer team which finished second place in the state championship tournament, and baseball team which won LA City championship title in 3 consecutive years.   

  Combining academic and practical experiences in LA and Tokyo, Hiro provides effective and efficient training regimens assisting each individual to achieve their fitness goals regardless of the age group, gender, ethnic background, and fitness level.

  Hiro also pursued his career as a performer in Hollywood!

Physiotherapist / Personal Trainer

Originally from Aizu-wakamatsu, known as the samurai city in Fukushima. Yuji moved to New Zealand at the age of 16 to follow his passion, Rugby. His passion for sports lead him to study for a Bachelor of Sports and Recreation, majoring in Exercise Science and then a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, both at AUT University in Auckland, New Zealand. Yuji works with variety of clients for improving general fitness and sports performance. He also treats physical injuries such as back pain, neck pain, and ankle injuries with his own techniques. Yuji has spent 16 years in New Zealand and traveling the world. He enjoys outdoor activities such as white water kayaking, surfing and snowboarding. Yuji is a Japanese speaker with native-level English and is able to consult in both languages.

Born in Japan and raised in Hong Kong. Kohei has always had a passion for sports and exercise, especially rugby, having played the sport since he was 5 years old. After representing the national team for Hong Kong at youth level on many occasions, this has led him on to becoming a head coach at La Salle College and promoting the sport and English in primary schools around Hong Kong. He then moved onto personal training to help others live a healthier and stronger lifestyle by sharing his experience and knowledge in the field.
 
Kohei moved to Japan in 2019 to work in event operations at the Rugby World Cup, followed by the Tokyo Olympics 2020. His current fitness goals are improving his general strength and achieving the front split. Kohei continues to play rugby in Japan and for the Philippine Volcanoes (national rugby team).

Boxing Coach
Kaoru was born in Japan and raised in South Korea and Japan. He always had a passion for sports. Kaoru went to Portland, Oregon USA for college, where he met an American friend who showed him the movie Rocky and Boxing matches, which is where his interest in boxing began. Once returning to Japan, Kaoru joined a boxing gym in Higashi-Ikebukuro, where he was fortunate to get taught by great trainers and former professional boxers. Kaoru’s passion is now to share his knowledge and experience with those new to boxing.
Pilates Instructor

Originally from France, Marlene moved to Tokyo in 2018.

Marlene discovered the Pilates method 8 years ago, when working in an office. Stooped over a computer and cell phone all day, Marlene began experiencing neck and lower back pain frequently.


After practicing Pilates on a weekly basis for several months, her posture gradually got corrected and movements in everyday’s life considerably improved.


The benefits gained through the practice on her own body and well-being were obvious and convinced her to become a Pilates instructor; enrolling in the Romana’s Pilates Instructor Training Program in 2016. 

Marlene has had the chance to receive an exceptional tuition from world-class teachers in Paris, New York, Sydney and now Tokyo, and has since completed the level V instructor certification since 2017.


The goal of Marlene’s lessons is to have people connect their body and mind through movements. She highlights her sessions with the understanding of the 6 principles of Pilates: Center, Concentration, Control, Breathing, Precision and Flow.

Boxing Coach

Marco is from Florence, in Italy. He achieved a Bachelor Degree in History at the University of Florence and a Master Degree in Japanese and Asian Studies at Saitama University. Marco started practicing Judo when he was five, then transitioned to Boxing and Muay Thai/Kick-Boxing at the age of fifteen. After competing in several amateur bouts he went two times training in Thailand and professionally fought once at the Petchbuncha Stadium. Before coming to Japan he got third place at the amateur K-1 Open World Tournament and also won the amateur boxing tournament “Nepi ” in Tuscany.

In Japan, after winning two national amateur tournaments (Kaminarimon and J-Network) he turned Pro. Today Marco is still an active professional Kick-Boxer. Being also a language and culture teacher, when coaching, Marco recognizes the importance of communication, making sure people from any level can fully enjoy training and the rewarding feeling coming together with achievements along the way.

Pilates Instructor

Having sustained an injury when running, Catherine was prescribed 10 weeks of Pilates by a very forward-thinking doctor. This was more than a decade ago and since then she has been hooked on Pilates.

Catherine trained with Polestar Pilates ~ a rehab-focused, evidenced-based school and as well as the full Mat and Reformer repertoire she has most recently augmented her education with additional trainings including, Pilates for Running Communities, Pilates on the Oov, Pilates Adaptations for people with Scoliosis and Intentional Touch. 

Catherine is a mother of three young children, originally from the UK and  moved to Tokyo at the start of 2020 from Shanghai where she was teaching Pilates and Barre.

 

Boxing Coach

Juni was highly active in his childhood and youth, his keen interest in sports led him to a love of boxing and MMA. After returning to Japan in 2003, Juni became enthralled in the world of boxing in Japan. He went on to represent the legendary Yonekura Boxing Gym as a pro fighter. After hanging up the gloves in the professional boxing ring, he has been dedicated to training others and spreading the great qualities of boxercise for everyday life.

 
To Juni, boxercise is a lifestyle. It can be for everyone regardless of age, size, and gender. It not only enhances physical wellness, it boosts stamina, improves agility and balance, channels aggression, increases discipline, is empowering, and so much more.

Nutritionist

Sebastian’s early work was predominantly as a personal nutritionist for competitive fighters, businessmen, housewives, and power athletes. He strongly believes that it is important to individualize the nutrition service specific to the clients demands, lifestyle, and needs, instead of giving out blanket advice or ‘cookie-cutter’ plans. The advice should always have a solid scientific background with lifestyle factors and personal preferences in mind.

In addition to his Nutritionist role at Club 360, he also engages in corporate nutrition talks, working with professional and amateur athletes, writing articles for magazines and newspapers, doing radio interviews and resolving issues related to fat loss, performance, general health, improving body composition and productivity in a corporate structure.

Sebastian’s goal for the future is to continue to provide valuable information to those who feel lost and confused from false claims, quick fixes and misinformation here in Tokyo and worldwide.

PhysiotherapIST

Matthew graduated from King’s College London in 2016 and began his physiotherapy career at Guy’s & St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, UK. He has worked in a wide variety of specialities developing a broad set of clinical skills alongside research and education activity.

He takes pride in providing high quality, holistic and client focussed care to develop personalised solutions. He adopts an evidenced based treatment philosophy using a variety of therapeutic modalities from hands-on approaches to education which empowers clients with the tools to manage their complaint. He has treated individuals with presentations from head to toe across the spectrum of acute injury and post-operative recovery to management of long-term conditions.

As a keen sportsman he has participated in activity as varied as gymnastics to rugby at levels from social to international and continues to enjoy exploring new avenues of physical activity.

Physiotherapist

James graduated from Otago University, New Zealand in 2018. He began his career working in private practice in Christchurch, treating clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Alongside his in-clinic work, he has worked with various representative football, field-hockey and rugby teams.

James has a keen interest in gym-based rehab, load management and movement retraining. He enjoys getting to know his patients to better understand their goals. He is a confident communicator and is always happy to take the time to provide education and clarity.

James enjoys playing sport both socially and competitively and has a background in rugby and athletics. Nowadays, James is a keen Crossfitter and participates at both the competitive and recreational level – he enjoys treating Crossfit athletes and is confident in the instruction and breakdown of the major movements.

Physiotherapist

Alan comes to Tokyo from Victoria Australia since graduating from James Cook University in 2017. He has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors in Australia and has developed a keen interest in acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan and health promotion. 

He adopts an evidence based and interpersonal approach with his clients to best achieve optimal outcomes and return to their goals. With added University teaching experience in Australia, Alan ensures his patients are well informed regarding their conditions so they can walk away with a solid treatment plan.

When he’s not at work you can most likely find Alan trying a new place to eat in Tokyo, going for runs or on the soccer field.

Massage Therapist

Kay is a Licensed Massage Therapist (NYS), certified in Rolfing® Structural integration and also the first member of Board Certified Structural Integrator (BCSI) in Tokyo.

Kay has been a healthcare provider in Tokyo since 2000. She began her career as a relaxation therapist (Body and Facial Aromatherapist & Reflexologist), then became a Licensed Massage Therapist (NYS) after graduating from The Swedish Institute in NYC.

As a massage therapist, she has attempted to improve postural alignment and release chronic patterns of tension through conventional healing massage and issue-focused treatment. She believes that the next step to achieve her clients’ goals for permanent change is through Rolfing® Structural Integration, which is a form of holistic bodywork that helps the client realize their full human potential. She became a Rolfer™ in September 2018.

Training in Rolfing in Boulder, Colorado has shown Kay that new possibilities can emerge when mindful intentionality is combined with giving the body the unconditional permission, space, and freedom it needs to re-align itself.

Massage Therapist

Waka has over 10 years of experience in a range of settings, from physical therapy offices and sports fields to high-end spas in Tokyo and New York City. Specialised in Sports massage, she has helped optimize athlete’s sports performance for sports event such as the New York City marathon, New York City Triathlon, and the 2019 Rugby World Cup 2019 (Team France). Her therapeutic massage services help improve a variety of soft tissue injuries/conditions—the goal of her sessions is to provide individualized and precise work to meet her client’s needs. Waka is qualified in medical, sports, and pre/post-natal massage. She has a massage therapy license from New York State, and a Massage therapy diploma from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. She speaks English and Japanese.

Massage Therapist

Eri worked in Australia where she is a certified remedial massage therapist before returning to Japan in 2019. During her career, Eri has provided her expertise in sporting events such as marathons, and has worked with organizations such as UN.

Eri is experienced in administering to the needs of clients from various backgrounds, from top level professional athletes to ordinary people of all ages. She has worked as an athletic rehabilitation coach for sports teams, but enjoys helping people with non-traditional worries in Japan.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

After graduating from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2018, Rena started working in New York City as a licensed massage therapist with a variety of clients ranging from pregnant clients to CrossFit athletes. While performing massage modalities, such as deep tissue, relaxation, shiatsu, and sports massage, she started practicing Thai massage after returning to Japan fascinated by its flow and its simple yet efficient body mechanics of the practioner.

She is also passionate about fitness and certified as a personal trainer from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Now she enjoys working in the fitness setting and looking forward to meeting new people as a receptionist and a massage therapist.

With 20 years of experience, Nathan has worked with a wide range of clients including professionals, pre and post-natal women, as well as world-class athletes. While at university studying for his Bachelor of Health Sciences degree, Nathan furthered his education by also obtaining his personal trainer, massage therapist, and athletic coaching certifications. As an athlete, Nathan claimed over a dozen state and national athletics medals in his middle distance running career and represented his country at the international level. Nathan uses his knowledge and experience to create effective and individualised programs to create maximal results.

Clinical Director / Co-founder

Sam Gilbert qualified in Melbourne, Australia in 2004 and has been treating the expatriate population in Tokyo since 2005. Holding a Masters degree in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning), Sam is passionate about bridging the gap between rehabilitation and sports conditioning. Sam’s other interests include lower back dysfunction, knee and shoulder injuries, and screening and injury prevention in sport. Sam has also worked extensively as an ergonomic consultant, identifying and correcting workplace risk factors that may play a part in injury development. An accomplished athlete, Sam competed for over 20 years in Shinkyokushinkai, full contact karate. He represented Australia at 5 World Championships, culminating in a 4th place at the 2009 World Cup.

HR/ FRONT DESK

Rolf was borned and raised in Norway. In 2014 he started studying Japanese at the University of Bergen. During his enrollment here he also spent one year as an exchange student in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. In 2017 he graduted from University with a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese. 

After spending a year in Japan he decided he wanted to return, and in April 2019 he moved back to Japan. Since then he has worked extensively in the service industry.
He enjoys being active and has in recent years started doing Muay Thai and boxing.
