Our practitioners don’t train bodies, they train people. We don’t just want to look at your posture. We don’t just want to help you improve your basic movement patterns and your exercise technique. We don’t just want to examine your lifestyle and other factors that affect your training and your health. We want to look at all of that and more – we want to understand you on as many levels as possible.

Sebastian’s early work was predominantly as a personal nutritionist for competitive fighters, businessmen, housewives, and power athletes. He strongly believes that it is important to individualize the nutrition service specific to the clients demands, lifestyle, and needs, instead of giving out blanket advice or ‘cookie-cutter’ plans. The advice should always have a solid scientific background with lifestyle factors and personal preferences in mind.
In addition to his Nutritionist role at Club 360, he also engages in corporate nutrition talks, working with professional and amateur athletes, writing articles for magazines and newspapers, doing radio interviews and resolving issues related to fat loss, performance, general health, improving body composition and productivity in a corporate structure.
Sebastian’s goal for the future is to continue to provide valuable information to those who feel lost and confused from false claims, quick fixes and misinformation here in Tokyo and worldwide.

Ross’ theoretical and practical areas of specialisation lay at opposite ends of the health and fitness spectrum. Strength and conditioning is his passion but in his experience not all clients at the beginning of their gym journey are balanced and stable enough to fully embrace strength and conditioning training due to imbalances, dysfunctions, chronic conditions or other health-related issues which are becoming increasingly common. Ross is accustomed to working with physiotherapists to best benefit clients and he has also acquired many skills in which to better help equip clients to rise above their obstacles.

‘Holistic and Functional are the two words that first come to my mind when I think of Nathan’s training methods. As a nutritional scientist, I am very impressed with their understanding of nutrition and its important role in helping clients attain their health objectives.’
‘At Club 360 I get top level training each time I go. They have great instructors who themselves are serious about their training. What makes Club 360 special however is the friendliness and positive attitude from all the staff. Altogether Club 360 has improved my results while I had lots of fun, and that is what training should be all about.’
‘Club 360’s boot camp is fabulous. It’s motivating, stimulating and challenging. They do an excellent job of helping each person meet their personal fitness level.
