Service Description
A strength and conditioning class for all combat sport athletes—strikers, grapplers, MMA and everything in between. This program focuses on building explosive power, functional strength, endurance and mobility, all with the goal of improving performance and reducing injury risk. You’ll train through a mix of explosive plyometric exercises, resistance training, conditioning circuits, and sport-specific drills and exercises designed to support the demands of fighting. All experience levels welcome!

Customers can book a class up to 28 days in advance. We require a minimum of 4 Hours cancellation notice before a class start time.
