Our initial consultations encompass a thorough nutrition assessment, including: medical history, biochemical data, symptoms, food/nutrition-related history and a discussion about your goals and expectations. Previous nutrition education, special dietary needs and physical activity levels are all taken into account. A diagnosis is then made and a customised nutrition plan formulated. The plan includes goals, evidence-based nutrition education and nutrition counseling to promote a healthy relationship with food. During and after the initial consultation you will receive tailored recommendations, support with behaviour change, resources and other tools to translate scientific evidence into real life. Opportunities to monitor and evaluate progress will be provided. ****Tuesdays 6 PM - 9 PM consultations will only be telehealth consultations, if you would like a telehealth consultation on another available time, please let us know.
