Our initial consultations include a thorough subjective history taking to guide the subsequent physical assessments used to formulate our working diagnosis, identify the cause(s) or your problem and devise a customised treatment plan. Treatment revolves around education, specific exercise and activity modification, and may include adjunct treatments such as manual therapy (massage, mobilisation, manipulation), taping, orthotics etc. Following the initial consultation, you will receive a tailored exercise program delivered via our physitrack application, complete with videos and thorough explanations. You will also have access to the practitioners contact information should you have follow up questions.
