One of the main reasons for hamstring injuries is a lack of exposure to the type of force (a braking force as the leg moves out in front at high speeds) that causes these injuries. Samurai 7's Soccer Tournament
Last Sunday Sam and Ross helped out with some physiotherapy and massage cover at the Samurai 7's soccer tournament at YCAC in Yokohama. The tournament consisted of both local and international teams, and despite the less-than-optimal weather, the event had a fun and friendly atmosphere.
