Jenifer here suffered a severe foot and ankle injury last year, with fractures to multiple bones in the foot, as well as significant ligament damage and bone bruising. Unfortunately post-injury Jenifer started to develop complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), where the nervous system becomes overly sensitised, and starts to cause secondary symptoms such as colour and sensation changes and extreme sensitivity to temperature.

While the process has been slow, Jenifer has been disciplined in sticking to a program of graded exposure and loading, and last weekend was able to complete the Tokyo Tower Climb, helping to raise money and awareness for mental health!
